Team Planner – Task Manager (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use and store it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1 Information We Collect

The App does not collect your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or advertising identifiers.
2 How We Use Your Information
- To register, authenticate, and maintain your account.
- To provide task management, team and group collaboration, and invitations.
- To send transactional emails (such as OTP and PIN-reset codes) to your email address.
- To deliver reminders and push notifications you have enabled.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
3 Data Storage and Sharing
Account and collaboration data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our backend server and is also stored locally on your device to support offline access. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the App:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging – to deliver push notifications. See Google’s Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Our backend / email service – to store your account data and send OTP and reminder emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.
4 Data Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) transport, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
5 Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing sales.omrook@gmail.com. We will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6 Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
7 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
